Experience with Travel Mobile Apps and Travel Intentions—The Case of University Students in China

The popularization of smart phones has fostered the use e-hailing apps, which can effectively reduce information asymmetry and provide ease convenience during travel. Meanwhile, problems such as product homogeneity, slow operation speed, interface confusion in travel apps also exist, leading to negative user experience. Building on theory planned behavior technology acceptance model, this study examines multiple features their influence university students’ experience intentions. Findings suggest that, compared contents seems have a stronger attitude, perceived behavioral control, intention. contributes integration model contexts. findings offer meaningful practical implications recommendations service design relevant stakeholders willing better app
